Sometimes we feel frustrated and at other time content and calm, sometimes we are happy and at other times unhappy, we have down days, long for things, want a lazy day, and at times feel rejuvenated, full of energy, and have the capacity and strength to be there for others. These changes teach us about our innate human disposition, and serve as stark reminders that we should never neglect ourselves. It also reminds us that we ought to give our bodies and souls the love they yearn for and rightfully deserve. So take a step back if you are having a tough day, breathe, and say to yourself: “It’s ok to feel like this today, you are but human.”
